"Order a donner kebab and a Americano burger with cheese chips on both. Paid and ordered through website. Went to takeaway to collect it and I had already paid and they tried to charge me another 11 quid on top when it should of only been 2 quid I had to pay for the cheese on the chips. Bloke behind the counter wasn't very copoerative and then tried to charge me a tenner when I said no I've already paid and it stated that on the receipt. Tried to charge me 11 pound on top of the £9.90 I have already paid and then trying to charge me a ten pound on top."
