"I have been a regular customer for this branch and ordered almost every week religiously, but recently had a terrible experience with them. Previously they forgot to send an extra dip and I merely mentioned it, they decided to send it on the house today, but all of them had leaked inside the boxes. I called to complain about it and instead of apologizing and saying it won’t happen again the guy on the phone started making excuses to why it happened. I wasn’t looking for a freebie of any sort or to create an issue but the person on the phone was extremely passive aggressive when the only thing to diffuse the situation would’ve been a simple “I’m sorry this happened and we’ll try to avoid it next time”. But sadly that was too much to ask for. Don’t plan on ordering from here again out of principle, which is sad because I love their pizza. There are other branches which I can order from, but these guys lost a valued customer on such a petty thing."
