"Came instore to order items. Owner was aggressive during the ordering process. Told me it was going to be 20 mins. It took 45 mins. Asked him nicely if the food was ready, he said another 5 mins. He was sitting in the back ignoring me as I was in the front- literally made eye contact and left me there for 10 mins. When I asked for my pizza again- he told me to 'F off' and he didn't give me my pizza. Asked for a return for my payment and he swore at me to a point where I cried because I felt so humiliated. Didn't get my pizza or refund. Don't even know what I did for him to be so horrible. I never complained for how long he took to make the pizza.HORRIBLE MAN AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS SHUT IT DOWN."
