"Placed an order for a meal deal with potato wedges. When the pizza arrived, the potato wedges were soggy and barely warm. I called the shop to complain and was told we would get a refund for the wedges. I asked her to take my details so the refund could be made, but was told over the phone that I didn't need to. Needless to say, no refund and won't be ordering from here again."
