Pizza Hut

"Ordered from here 3 times and the service is really bad pizzas delivered late 2 times so I went to pick up the 3rd one and stood at the reception for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence in the store. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time, would not recommend."

"Food tonight was really tasty. They made a few mistakes with a past order but offered us a free meal this evening, you can’t say fairer than that! They even sent a snakes and ladders game for my kids. Thank you very much for correcting the mistake. I will definitely be ordering with you in the future because of how well this was handled."

"Tried to order the website said “something didn’t go to plan”.after putting payment details in. Tried again, same result. Checked my bank and two transactions have come out. Called the store, they couldn’t confirm if the order went through or not. Apparently if not I will get a refund in 24 hrs. Total joke now £45 down with no pizza. Total waste of time. Update: 48hrs later no refund, apparently I need to go to the customer care website. Can you give zero stars."

"Never delivered. Called an hour and a half after ordering to ask what was going on. Was told the driver had just left the branch. Another hour and a bit later, still nothing but no-one answering the phone now. Have now received an email saying they're sorry they didn't meet my expectations and hope I'll try again in future - but no refund. Absolutely atrocious customer service."

"My local hut used to be coulsdon, but since this one has been built, it’s now this one. And it has stopped me from ordering a Pizza Hut again in the near future. Pizza arrived 40 minutes late. I called the hut when it was 35 minutes late and they said it should be with me in 5 minutes, which it was. Two items from what I ordered was then missing, and I have been trying to call them for 15 minutes since then with no answer. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending for delivery."
