"I am coeliac-gluten free diet, I have had really good previous experiences with domino's, Stanmore, the pizza is not pre cut, gf sticker on box and it comes on baking paper to show it has been cooked separately. It has been my safe go to! However, today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I opened the box I noticed it did not look gf. I rang them and they persisted it was and explained they had a new supplier (I hoped they were right because it looked so normal!!). I was sure it wasn't, so I persisted to explain that I didn't feel safe to eat it. They then, kindly, sent me another pizza. It was then clear the original pizza was not gf and the new one sent was (the gf is much thinner and less doughy). Domino's did sort me out, this review is more to raise awareness to those new to being coeliac, as if I didn't have the gf from Domino's before I would have ate it!"

"Been ordering regularly for years giving a lot of business to this dominos. Ordered within the time frame through the app and was waiting for food . Took my money 45 mins later they cancelled my order and closed shop. Then when I called the number routes to a different branch and he said he can’t deliver to me even though the app says he does. When I was on the phone to the guy from the Belmont branch my status mysteriously updated to cancelled. This is appalling service to a loyal customer. Will escalate to head office They gave a refund and some compensation. After calling in and speaking to the manager"
