"Ownership has changed - prices have gone up and portions have become smaller. The quality of the food has gone massively downhill and now is unpalatable, bland and/or cold every time. The people who run the shop now are rude, don't even acknowledge customers most of the time and don't look at customers when dealing with them. Everything seems too much to ask... They sigh and huff when you ask for your food a certain way, e.g. ask to miss out certain salad items, no pitta bread etc. They don't open at the stipulated time on most days and the prices in the paper menus and on signboards don't match. Seems like they charge whatever they want whenever they want. Kebabs for takeaway are often packed on their sides so everything leaks, food is often undercooked or burnt as the staff are usually too busy talking to one another inside. Pizza toppings are ridiculously stingy and orders are frequently wrong/missing items. Used to come here when the other guy was running it and it was great - he used to do the food exactly how you wanted it and always said it was no trouble. As for the new guys... don't think I will ever come back. Terrible experience all round!"
