Domino's Pizza - London - Teddington

"Frankly, this 7scthe best Dom's I've ever been to! Great food exactly what I want to hit the spot, but full disclosure - I collected the pizza myself, rather than have it delivered."

"Tried to order online and put in my American phone number. Waited 2 hours for the pizza and it never came. I tried calling the restaurant dozens of times and only got a "line busy" tone, over the span of half an hour I never got through. Eventually, I headed over and was informed that the driver tried and failed to call me because they couldn't call my American number. I don't understand why I couldn't have been warned about that in advance. Instead I walked 30 minutes in the ice cold, was made to look stupid by the employees, and left with no pizza and the sketchy promise of a refund in 5-6 days. Wouldn't recommend this place."

"I went to order pizza for my kids. Teresa was absolutely amazing. She informed me about the best deals. When I went to collect the pizza it was ready in time. The kids really enjoyed the pizza. Thank you Teresa for fantastic service with a smile! You are a credit to Dominoes!"

"Their pizza is good but their customer service made me cancel my order. I had delivery where topping was missing. I have phoned them up and they promised me to put a free small pizza under my account the next time I order. A few weeks later when I wanted to place my next order it turned out there was nothing indicated. So they did basically 2 mistakes in a row. I had a very uncomfortable discussion with the manager who was very rude and by the time he said that okay what pizza you like Madame, I was thinking they might spit in my food so I just cancelled it and will look to order from someone else. Big family, ordering often, it's their loss."
