"The worst service I have ever had . There was an old lady on the counter who was extremely rude to us and to her staff who was in the kitchen. She did not show any respect towards us or her colleague which is absolutely unacceptable. People like this should not be allowed to deal with customers as they do not know how to behave or respect anyone. Even though we asked for a meal deal she refused to give it as he had already entered the order on her till separately. When we went back to collect the order she was eating on the counter which was not a pretty site."

"I normally dojt post reviews unless needed.. Lady the shop asked me to tell how is the shake as compared to others.. So here i go.. Worst milkshake i ever had.. Thy accept cash only or bank transfer. Menu in disply shows shake for £3.5 thy asked me to transfer £5 that i did.. She said this is old list and online it has been updated.. Well oine it is still £4. I couldn't even have a taste of biscoff or ferrero in shake. (i have been using this combo everywhere) .. Icecream used was tastless no taste at all... Just left it after few sips.. I dont knw about pizzas.. But no for shakes.."
