Domino's Pizza - Leatherhead

"Poorly run run store just take a look at what was delivered as part of a £30 meal deal. The pizza is large but the toppings and cheese is clearly from a small pizza or maybe whoever made it ate some of it themselves. Rang up to get it resolved but told manager is on a break and call back when less busy. If this is what they're sending out to customers and how they respond when called I dread to think what their food hygiene is like."

"If I could give no stars I would, tried a new pizza buffalo chicken for the first time and thanks to Lewis my last. Pizza was drowned in hot sauce which ruined the pizza so just had a sloppy mess. Rang the branch to complain but Lewis who I spoke to was rude and claimed he made the pizza to exactly how it should be made which is awful and he hung up on me. I had exactly the same problem with my order before the pizza was just dough and cheese. Awful food and awful customer service wouldn’t spend 1p more with them. "Placed order of pizza and chips and it came cold.I phoned and spoke to will the assistant manager and told him it was cold all he kept saying was it was delivered on time .I knew that but it is cold can you send another ,he said no but you can have it off your next pizza.what a joke!"

"This review is not based on the quality of the food but solely on the awful customer experience I received. I called the store to get information about deals however after 2 attempts and staff being unable to hear me I decided to go directly and place an order. After choosing the pizzas I promptly got the right amount of cash ready but was informed they do not take cash only card payment! I was pretty much forced to try a card payment knowing that I had already experienced issues earlier that day, reason why I had ensured I had enough cash (given our local lack of cash machines). No other customer were waiting and 2 managers were present yet zero effort was made to try resolving the matter. I was simply told ‘I should have known as Domino haven’t accepted cash payments for months’. By then it was past 9.30pm and despite me offering various solutions their best suggestion was to go to a different pizza restaurant!!! I did and my next review will highlight the difference in the customer service experience and willingness to keep a happy customer!"

"They messed up the order - delivered one pizza as "create your own" (with nothing on it) instead of a half and half pepperoni / farmhouse. When I complained they said it was my fault - and that I'd have to pay for a replacement. I'm pretty sure I selected the right stuff on the website, but in putting the "deal" into the basket I think it might have scrubbed it. Anyway - the end result was negative in terms of pizza and customer service."
