"I recently took my very nervous eight year old daughter to Alex for treatment. Alex was amazing with her, calm, reassuring and she explained everything to us first, as well as letting us know that there are other treatment approaches such as tuina that can be used instead of needling. Although my daughter was worried about the needles, she did let Alex do a few points and she came out of the session smiling and asked when we were going back. "My child is special needs and we had been thinking about trying alternative therapies to help with his symptoms. By chance we saw that Alex did paediatric acupuncture as well and we decided to give it a try. I had a initial triage call and then we went for our first consultation in Oct22. Alex was very patient, took time to adapt to my little one and get him to adapt to her. And just in the initial consultation, we were able to do some paediatric Tuina. She also taught me to do at home so that I could continue when needed. We have been going regularly and I see a lot of positive changes in my little one. They are tiny changes but still there. The days we have the session, my little one sleeps soundly. I would definitely recommend Alex if anyone decides to try Acupuncture for their children."
