"I am incredibly grateful for the great care I received after a planned extraction at another ( referral) clinic. I called to explain my pain was getting worse and that I had symptoms of infection. The receptionist ( Debbie - I think ?) could not have been more empathetic. She said she would see what she could do and would call me straight back. She called within 5 minutes and told me to come straight in (on a Saturday morning) and that they would do their best to fit me in. ( I think I only waited 15 minutes once I arrived) . The dental professionals were really helpful - took the time to listen to my symptoms (without rushing me despite being an unexpected appointment) and I left with a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist was so kind as I explained how grateful I was for all she had done ( and I was a bit teary from lack of sleep and pain ) - she demonstrated an exceptional level of empathy and made me feel at ease. Thanks again for such fantastic service."
"Do not ever register with this dental practice I went there for a routine checkup and I was told I need a small filling even though I did not have pain.I listened and got the filling done by a dentist called Jasvindeer Seehra she is the worse dentist I have come across, after 2 hours of getting the filling done I started to get a throbbing toothache so the next morning I called in for a emergency appointment they did'nt give me an appointment they left me to suffer so i went to a emergency private dentist he told me she did the filling to high and very bad! He adjusted it but god knows how long im going to be left with this pain thanks to her!"
