"I’ve been calling at this place during Monday/ Friday. The haven’t answered at all , so I told my friend to call from her phone only minutes after I did , and for my surprise , they did answer. I was like what the BIG f*ck I mean , with the other reviews that I saw , they don’t have as much clients as a Dentist should have . Also , the staff is so bad behave . They can even interrupt when their checking you , some random staff will come and say “ have you seen Loren’s new pic on Facebook ?! “ and the dentist will be like “ Oh ? Really ? Let me see “ And you will be like WTH . I mean is your JOB to check my teeth , they PAY you for that ! So I just don’t want this dentist to success or be the BEST dentist in the WhOLe UK . That is what the staff said they were going to be"

"Worst dental practice. They just ruined my teeth; requested several time to change my dentist and complained to manager but nothing changed. I had two small cavity in my two teeth which needed normal filling. The dentist did the filling but within two weeks I was feeling severe pain and both needed further treatment. Now one of the tooth extracted and the other needed route canal and she did mistake again , crown of the route canal tooth become higher than other one. Also they way she extracted teeth was armature act to say the least. There was severe pain for more than seven days. I didn't have any pain in those teeth before filling. Very disappointing treatment. Horrible......"

"The actual dentists are great and do fantastic work. Some of receptionists although polite, seem uninterested and will make excuses about bookings "the computers are down" I've heard on a few occasions and always near to closing time. If you are in a hurry to be seen or need urgent care I would advise going elsewhere which is a shame."

"Nothing but problems. Mixed my records up with a dead person with the same name. Caused me to be fined by NHS but they did help to stop the fine. Insisted on removing a small piece of tooth that had been left by a previous dentist at same practice. Removal has cause next door tooth to move out of position. Considering complaint to NHS Now 2017. Avoid at all costs."

"They always make you wait 40mins and think it is ok to waste your time especially when you work. Its as if they dont care about their patients and some not all are very rude and patronising. Very poor service from this dental practice."
