Although I may not be looking forward to some of the procedures, I feel happy to be returning to the clinic for my next stage."

"All I can say is I’m disappointed with my most recent transaction with Blossom Cosmetic, I missed my appointment and called the practice 8 minutes in to my appointment I apologised and advised I could still make half of my appointment I was told this wasn’t enough time and the dentist could re-book me in that same afternoon so clearly she weren’t that busy but to do this I would have to pay the full amount again and lose my deposit. I completely understand that private dentists are able to charge you for missed appointments unlike the NHS I’m more than happy to pay up to £50 for missed appointment, but this grey area of being able to charge what ever the deposit is has cost me £157.00 I have asked for some of this money back and twice they have said no. as you can see from my review below I thought this dentist was great but this whole experience has really tarnished my opinion of this practice."
