"If you value your teeth. Do not visit this practice. They are appalling for kids dental care. They really do not know what they are doing. You should see what a private orthodontist has to say about the level of detection and care that they provide. I find this problem is endemic in the UK with these NHS practices. They do everything on the cheap. Perhaps it's the corporate policies they have in place. The other branch in Colliers Wood is no better. You better hope you don't have a dental emergency because they will not answer your calls, most likely be rude to you and provide less than adequate care. Go private. I recommend a practice in Nelson Dental Clinic. She is private but she is by far the best practitioner in the area."

"Used to go here as a kid, years ago. Switched to a private dentistry now that I am an adult. Only some of the dentists here were great in my experience, can’t remember their names. But I will never forget that one time I was in so much pain as a kid, the dentist had put ‘numbing’ cream on my tooth but that did not work at all and was in absolute agony. I was only about 8/9 then, I’m 23 now and still remember that. Worse thing is I remember being excited to go the dentist the night before… other than that, I’m very happy with my new dentist, great customer service, quality and care."
