"Visited the practise today for a consultation on invisalign and I was so impressed with the dentist and how welcoming, kind and friendly he was. Pricing was discussed and he was very open about everything and all the details that I needed to know. Will definitely be going ahead with the treatment and looking forward to my future appointments."

"Appalling service! This is only my second time at the practise and again I was disappointed. For my first experience I was left waiting over an hour for my appointment, an apology was not even given. My second experience was even worse, I turned up for my 9am appointment to be told that my dentist would not be arriving until 10am. When I refused to wait for another hour because of their mistake, I was then told I could be seen at 9.30. The dentist opened my mouth, counted how many teeth I had and then charged me £22.70 for the privilege."

"I visited the surgery today to have a seed removed from my gum behind my tooth. My old dentist had left so I was given a new dentist to see. I also enquired about a black mark I had noted on one of my teeth. She said it was a melting filling and would recommend replacing it. She then stopped and looked at me. I then had to ask her to perform an examination of my mouth as I felt it prudent to examine my mouth for any other problems and a normal dental exam should be included in the consultation fee regardless. The teeth were not probed at all, just air blown onto them to see if it was painful. She then found my old radiographs, did not show them to me, and told me that she could see the meting filling on the radiographs from a few months back. She did not offer new radiographs at all, did not probe the troublesome filing to ascertain if there were any palpable lesions. I then asked about price which was more than double what my previous dentist charged at the same practice. She then said that was most likely NHS prices I was charged, but that she was private and she did not do that. She then stepped back from the chair, as if to indicate I should go now. I then had to ask if I would have to book with somebody else, she said ''yes'' and moved away and turned her back on me and didn't say another word while she sat and filled in my records. I stood there like an idiot waiting for a few minutes whole both she and the hygienist ignored me and then I asked if I should go now. She said yes. I left. Very poor service, Poor dental examination, poor attitude to clients to who enquire about price as if they aren't worth her time and just plain annoying to her. Dr Claire Demmer"

"Great dentist - sorely let down by totally inadequate secretarial administration and an indifferent attitude from the practice manager after demonstrating incompetence. I spoke to reception 4 times, on 4 different days, to arrange a date for collection of one repeat prescription. None of my phone calls were returned. On 4th call, the practice secretary agreed the collection of the prescription. The prescription was not available when I arrived at the agreed date/time. When asked to create the prescription "on the spot" the practice manger could not access my medical records. Having taken time off work, I totally lost my rag with them. The practice manager just grinned at me while excusing themselves for their own mistake. I've waited 4 weeks for a proper apology. They did not apologize. I've moved to a new dentist. I write this review such that the practice manager wakes up and take note of their own behaviour. Must improve. E- for Effort."
