"I have been a Patient/Customer at The Summerfield Dental Practice for approximately 15 years and have always held them in great regard for their fantastic service and politeness but sadly today will be the last time I will visit them. I attended there today to have a tooth extracted which took a total of 11 minutes including booking in then having my treatment and then paying (£195) . I asked the dentist which I assume he is a fully qualified dental surgeon in all areas of dentistry (Even for the slightest of treatments) but when I said that I needed my loose crown (that was fitted there a while ago) if he could remove it and re-cement it back into place (which the previous owner/dentist Edward was more than happy to do) He said to me I don’t do those as I haven’t done one for years so I would have to rebook another appointment which completely shocked me. I feel a bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss as it wasn’t as if I wanted it done for free. Sadly I will be looking for a new Dental Practice for my future treatment."
