"Really disappointed with their service. I paid almost £650 for a crown. The wrong shade arrived, I had to wait 3 weeks for the new shade to come. My temporary fell off and I called multiple times to get an appointment but to no avail. I then came in to get the new crown fitted, they did not have the correct cement. Was rebooked an appointment which mysteriously disappeared off the system. I was told I have to call in myself to find cancellations. I've now decided to go to a different dentist to get my crown cemented. I haven't been able to eat for 2 weeks and have had huge issues as it was a front tooth. Really really disappointing."
