Working in London this is a massive inconvenience and they just don't seem to care. I have now collected all my records and will move to someone who cares about thier clients. I'm sure others will vote with their feet if they keep this up so hopefully they will have time on their hands to reflect on good customer service. I'm off now to find a smile somewhere else!"
