"Reception staff messed up my appointment and wasted my time displaying their incompetency yet rather than being apologitic they were rude. And what they do is block you, you are late or missed your appointment. Worst of all was to see one of the dentists; This place is a far cry from what a healthcare service provider should be like and staff need to go on a course of good customer service and patient care. I strongly suggest you steer well away if you want a descent service! I would have given it zero stars if I could but this website doesn't allow anything less than one star unfortunately."
