"This place is a scam. Failed our MOT because they said that our car needed an anti roll bar when the car was built without one in the first place. Also failed us due to one of our lights being the wrong colour and the drivers door not opening, but the drivers door was opened in order to get into the car. Then they had the cheek to ask for £350 to fix the repairs! Staff are very standoffish, unfriendly and have a sour look on their faces. Would not acknowledge me at all, probably because I was a woman! Stay far away from this place. Don’t let the cheap MOT fee fool you. Update to reply: Yes, I am sure it is your garage, we came over the weekend, not yesterday. It was confirmed with another garage as well as the manufacture of the car that the car was not constructed with an anti roll bar, I have written evidence. As for the lights, yet again this was confirmed to be absolute rubbish. If research was actually done into the car, then this would have been known. Don’t worry, I will be back very soon for a refund and you will be reported too."

"Con artists, quoted me ridiculous prices for simple fix. Ie tyres had low pressure (£20 a tyre to look at the problem) I had only checked the tyres this week. I declined the work - the car was brought back and sure enough it appears air has been let out. I have pumped the tyres back up and they are fine. May I point out these are brand new tyres less than 6 months old with minimal usage. I have rechecked my tyres again - pressure is fine. So they failed my MOT because of the warning light for low pressure. Just to squeeze more money out. In response to the reply. I did not say you changed the tyres. I will explain again. I was undertaking an MOT with you. Magically the air in my tyres was low and a safety warning came up. The tyres are new and I checked them ie I pumped them up a week before it went for the MOT. Magically the air was let out. You tried charging me a ridiculous amount to refill air in to the tyres. Funny that when my car came home I refilled the tyres and I have had no problems and it has been many months. You lost a customer and gained a bad review for your scam. This is the garage that undertook the work"

"They say they do the work but I believe its done incorrectly. Also had a new sensor put on it worked then it didn't after 1 hour its time wasting."

"Had my DPF filter regenerated so they said overcharged only for it to be blocked four weeks later replaced a turbo told me it was brand-new I’ve now just discovered it was a reconditioned item anyone dealing with this company please do so at Aaron I am now trying to source in email to make a claim against them for trading standards"

"They have a rubbish service and no customer service experience very rude and unprofessional. They tell you lies about your vehicle and how more works need to be done when your car has full services histories and no advisory on mot history. Also they will say they are not working with prestige mot as that’s another garage that’s is giving them a bad reputation but they are both the same."
