"Had an appointment, I arrived well in time, a good 10 minutes before the appointment, I booked in with the lady at the reception, well I thought I booked in, only to be still waiting some 25 minutes passed my appointment time, other people arrived after me and was seen before me, all for the same routine blood best, after the 3rd person got seen before me, the receptionist looked at me saying are you Mr? I replied yes, I was then seen by the nurse, I'm guessing when I arrived that I wasn't booked in because she was too busy taking on the phone with what appear to be a private call and not an official call, I did wait until the phone conversation was finished before I presented myself to her, when I did get to see the nurse she was lovely, Very chatty. Very professional and even told me that she had been a nurse for 42 years and loves her job. Receptionist one star nurse five stars."

"Standards have way dropped since Dr Frances and Co left. The doctors used to have such compassion sometimes now it feels like they cannot wait for dinner or to go home and don’t listen to what you are saying and are miserable and myself and others I know that are patients there do not visit that often-therefore we’re but the problem! There’s a rule about Zero tolerance towards staff but what about patients and mean coming from the receptionist and sometimes the doctors, the attitude of some of the receptionists is awful and the constant not answering the phone, when you’re sat in the surgery the phones do not ring as often as you would think however, try and get an appointment and you would think It was impossible. Additionaly some of the Doctors do not have a manorism at all, and what they say or how they say it can be really offencive. Also Do not like the television service where that shouts your name call me old school but what is wrong with the respect of them going to their door and calling you nicely and make you feel welcome to their office."
