"After reading the bad reviews they all related to a third party but my experience was with the garage direct after speaking to them they were very rude and uncooperative. They fit the bracket back wrong that stops the engine from shaking, I had to go to my own garage to get this fixed. I also have a tracker in my car and while my car was in their possession, they used it as a run around car going to various shops for example tesco which I have evidence off. Wouldn't of use this garage at all if I had a choice"

"Please avoid at all costs! having had my car back in August for a service and MOT I was presented a bill for well over £2000. One item was for wheel bearings so charged to replace and refit however 2 weeks ago after hearing a noise I had it checked, and that wheel was damaged to a critical safety standard and the mechanic wouldn't even test the car without fixing it. I have had another independent inspection confirm this damage was not a result of impact and would have happened over time and proved to me that the reported repair was not carried out despite AGA charging me for this so have correctly identified a repair but fraudulently charged me without carrying out the work. Please avoid them, I am not the only one scammed looking at the reviews but need to be the last! ** Updated having had a reply from AGA who have dismissed every aspect of my review they have stated they only carried out the work Servicing Stop told them to do. Missing my point that they did not carry the work out even though it's been charged. They reported work, Servicing Stop invoiced me, but AGA didn't then carry out what work that has been charged. This is fraud specifically a 'violation of the contract' as I have been charged for work not completed and have evidence to support this which will be going through the small claims court, I have my evidence ready to submit**"

"I was hesitant to visit this garage after reading some of the reviews, however being recommended by my friend, i went to change my brake pads and get MOT. They were extremely professional and polite and got the work done to a high standard for a good price aswell. Whilst i was there waiting for the job to be done, I asked them about the negative reviews online. He explained to me that most of the bad reviews are from the jobs they do for a third party company and they are not allowed to communicate with the customers nor do they price the jobs, everything is done by the third party company and they just do the job needed, and the customers then leave a negative review for this garage as they believe they are the ones responsible for the pricing and bad communication whereas it has nothing to do with them. Excellent service , approach this garage directly and you will not face any issues , good experience!!"
