"Came 10 minutes late for my appointment and despite it was busy the man at reception accepted my reason for coming late. We really need this attitude because at the moment the booking lines are super busy ( took me a full day of calling just get a appointment, because after you wait for 2 hours, the call will end and you have to start calling again)...and there was an event in the area on that day that prevented me from being on time. Imagine if the guy at reception said, sorry you are late and you need to book a new appointment!!!??? So yes, please keep having discerning and an understanding that will support the working force. Peace."
