"Having used the practice for the first time in a long time, it seems that a small number of the reception staff, have a poor attitude and forget what their job is about. Remember, as a receptionist you are there to aid and assist the public and if this is an issue for you, maybe you need to change your career. Ignorance or poor attitude towards patients is not acceptable."

"I joined Kidderminster Medical Centre two months ago because I was unhappy with the surgery I was with. I’ve had to contact them several times, and had two appointments. Every contact I’ve had so far has been a pleasure, the receptionists & team are warm, friendly and kind. The GP I met was lovely, efficient and empathetic. The difference between this surgery and the one I left is incomparable. Basic human kindness makes a world of difference, especially when dealing with people at their lowest or most vulnerable."

"I've been with this practice since I was Born, all I can say is that its failed since it moved from Bromsgrove street, I will be finding another GP surgery that will answer my calls, fed up of being told to call back the next day to speak to a doctor, then the appointment is another weeks wait. I appreciate times are busy but this has not changed over time and I've had enough, I feel totally let down."

"Queue today for the Corvid19 vaccine. However, moved along pretty quickly with efficient procedure for the vaccine. The car park was very busy...I parked away from the centre and walked to the Centre."
