"What's the point of a docrltors surgery that closes it's phone lines and messaging service so you can't make an appointment because they are busy? I'm happy to wait for appointment but I'm being stopped from making one."

"The service in thie GP is so poor and so lazy ,.. they told us to call for booking i called from morning about 10 times and its BUSY so i had to visit and then called again The phone is still busy i looked at them i said you sitting doing nothing why the phone is busy .. they told me to book online then i tried that nothing was available.. and they made me wait a lot when i have an appointment and when i get late they tell me to rebook ... this is by far the worst GP i came across rude and lazy . Its a shame"

"This is far the worst GP I came across. There are lazy ladies who always sitting down drinking their coffees and ignore the calls … I had an appointment and came on time and I had to wait about 17 minutes to see the doctor. And today I got late for my appointment for about 12 minutes and they told me to rebook it. Which is taking about 3 weeks. This service is very bad and so rude … to add they force people to wear face mask while 4 of them in same room none of them wear one !"

"Very poor practice, can never get to see a dr for weeks on end, had an appointment yesterday to be told from the Dr I was late for my appointment, which I wasn't ! And then to be fob off, obviously he was in a hurry to get home himself, then rang back to see a lady Dr today and they have no appointment for 5 weeks, as I'm a care worker myself and do unsociable hrs , you would think they would have some empathy but obviously not, they are not the only ones that have be through a pandemic, 5 weeks for appointment, disgusting."
