"Don't trust garage. Was told a full service report would be emailed (as printer didn't work), never got the email. I was busy and forgot to follow up if it was sent, until 6 months later. Phoned to ask if it can be re-sent and was told they have no record of it, and that it is not possible as the mechanic has to fill it out by hand. How could they have ever done the full service in the beginning then if the printer didn't work?! Car became faulty (not to say orchard garage is to blame) and there is no way to check what was actually done in the £189 service. Quite disappointed."
