She took her time and listened to my queries and made sure that everything is dealt with what I requested. She kept me updated with regards to the progress of the work over the phone. It was a really nice experience from a car garage which is a rarity in this time and age. Neil, the garage manager, also did very well to ensure that the work is done in a satisfactory fashion.
