"Don’t get me wrong they seem to be nice guys, but my overall experience with them was tragic to say the least. Firstly the Labour Cost for a simple change of battery, brake light switch and a diagnostic test was on the higher end. For me personally the fact they couldn’t fix the issue with my car is understandable, it was beyond their capabilities, no problem. However what is not acceptable is calling me after nearly having my car for a week, at midday, to tell me “all good it’s ready to collect”. So I turn up at 5pm to collect my car and to my surprise I find the issue hasn’t been resolved. I have a family to feed, bills to pay, I need my car to get to work. Why not be OPEN and CANDID and notify me the issue hasn’t been fixed? At least then I would have enough time to make arrangements with another garage, instead of being left in no man’s land. Had very high hopes for this garage, now I will never set foot there again."
