"I have been looking for a trustworthy garage for years and now it seems I've found it. I had to get my aircon recharged. They were able to fit me in at short notice checked everything was working and did the job in 45 minute. All the staff are very friendly, especially Anita on the front desk. "I've been indecisive about this place since my experience. Despite having my vehicle for 3 weeks, parts were difficult to obtain and they were short staffed - i get that. How do you explain seeing an oil leak then telling the customer we saw it but its another job and its headache pulling my vehicle apart. The audacity of the mechanic, he was put in his place, explained what repeat business looks like and effective communication. ......3 months on from my initial experience and not much has changed. Still short staffed, with an over priced job that can't be dealt with, the communication didn't improve from the office to the mechanics and low level jobs could only be completed. Compared to a mechanic I found in Perivale, they're able to complete the same job, service and MOT the vehicle for less. I'm in shock and no longer indecisive."
