CARE Fertility Tamworth

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! DO NOT USE CARE FERTILITY!! Back in March 2022 I had my initial tests done by Dr Hany Shah who said I had a blocked left fallopian tube and needed surgery to remove it before starting any ivf. At my consultation to discuss my initial tests, Dr Hany Shah said he could do my surgery for £2000. He proceeded to tell me that he got a discount through the clinic which is a complete lie which the staff at Care also confirmed. Clearly offering me a back hander as he is a surgeon at the QE hospital. The staff had no idea of what Shah was offering and were also confused. I did complain about this but it was ignored. I then decided to deal with CARE Birmingham as I had no trust in Shah. I then got a referral to the NHS to have the surgery and was constantly hounded by the receptionist at Care Birmingham for an update regarding my surgery. I told her several times that there was a wait as I was having it done via the NHS. 5 months later I got a second opinion from the NHS which showed NO BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBE. Confused at this I called CARE Birmingham and spoke to a very rude girl who put the phone down on me. I then proceeded to get a THIRD OPINION at another fetililty clinic WHICH SHOWED NO BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBE as they use state of the art technology. What Shah saw was blood vessels not a blocked fallopian tube. This so called Doctor needs to go back to Medical school. SHAH YOU ARE A FRAUD!! CARE FERTILITY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. Thank you."
