"Fantastic service from start to finish. Our old, tired bedroom has been transformed and is exactly what I wanted. The made to measure furniture fits perfect and has utilised all the space in our small bedroom. I chose the sliding doors in Cashmere with bronze glass, to maximise the light and matching cashmere linen closet, drawers and overbed cupboards. All with soft close drawers and doors. I love the handles, which are different and stylish. I have not seen these anywhere else. The quality of the furniture is far superior than others I looked at, the wardrobes have solid back and sides, unlike some other alternatives. Les was really helpful and patient as I was undecisive about what to choose, he had a lot of good ideas and suggestions, with no pressure at all. The lads who came to fit the bedroom were nice and friendly, professional and did it all in a day and half, and left everything clean and tidy. I am so glad I chose this local company and absolutely love our new bedroom."

"Only gets one star because zero isn't an option. Plenty of photos of their 'skilful' work. Openly admitted that never fitted before. Cost £12k to correct their work. Simply awful, avoid at all costs! Would also add that the amassing of self procured "positive reviews" have conveniently followed our real review. Please do not be deceived by this company. "If you are looking for a well managed, hard working, bespoke bedroom or kitchen design and installation company.. look no further... From the first design meeting Les and Jonny understood our vision and produced a plan which just needed a bit of tweaking. They listened, then produced what I wanted. The build quality is very high, no flimsy plyboard back boards here.. carcasses are solid, high quality and well made. There is a great selection of finishes for doors, and the internals can be made to your exact requirements... drawers, shelves, single or double rails, or a mixture of them all - even small cubby holes and small nooks can be adapted to useful space! Installation was no fuss, I've never had such tidy or conscientious contractors in the house. Nothing was too much trouble, all queries we met with a smile, and a prompt answer - the best customer service experience I could ask for. I haven't mentioned the price - I got 4 quotes before going ahead with John Taylor Bedrooms, why - well their price was the best value for money... simple! It was a no brainer for us to use Jonny & Les and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again."
