"Terrible service and rude company, never use. I booked a car service with collection to be taken care, when the driver arrived at my place took a while for him to find a parking spot since there is no parking space on the road. This was never listed as a requirement for the service to be carried out and there is not place in the website or service request that explains that requirement. When we finally agreed to pay and let this car at one of the payed parking space near the property he forgot to take the ticket, shout at the person who was delivering the car, slammed the door and walked away. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO SAY: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE. Update: not helpful and they continue to lie as from the begging. I have the recording of the dash cam that proves that their side got angry and slammed the door of my car without my wife being rude at any point, when I call to explain what happen the manager continued to follow the same side and not listening to what was the truth. As anyone can see on the other poor comments on Google they are not trying to improve or recognise their mistakes, but only trying to cover their terrible behaviour and service. I found another garage that does the same service and the experience was completely different with them informing me about the pre reques for the service, etc."

"Service and MOT at the last minute! I realised at 8pm Monday 28 November that I hadn't booked my MOT... Tuesday morning, I found RCM who were able to fit me in straight away for a full service and MOT. Lucien even collected and brought the car back. Very reasonably priced, efficient payment service, and a lovely guy to deal with. Will definitely use again!"
