"On arrival I was told that my headboard could not be removed although we had paid for full removal of our old bed. The order was incomplete and incorrect. The headboard did not match the base. The feet on the divan base we’re half wheeled half sliders. The walls of my hallway were left extremely damaged. The two men who were expected to deliver a super king mattress were clearly not trained in safe manual handling and were not able to lift it up the stairs. Had I not had other tradesmen in the property, I doubt it would have been delivered past the front door as they required significant assistance to do this. I feel very let down and disappointed by the whole experience as was told “we’re just the delivery drivers, it’s not our problem or fault”. This was an expensive bed and mattress that we have waiting a long time for and we’ve been left with an incomplete bed which is currently propped on books to stop the mattress sloping."
