"Overpriced, and the colour doesn't last at all. I had my hair done £104!!! (including a 200ml shampoo) & 2 weeks later when I next saw my mum she asked when was I going to get my hair done! You ask how much a full head is, they tell you, then it's nearly double when you actually get to the till because they've added on a toner (not asked for), blow dry, trim, (not asked for, literally took under a centimetre of the ends). Zero conversion despite me keep trying to break the awkward silence. Went back after 3 weeks to show the state of the colour and see if they'd do a root touch up but was told it was regrowth (!!!) and because I'd had it lighter! Awful."
"First time to this gorgeous salon. David did a wonderful job with my highlights I could not be more pleased. The salon is so lovely with leather recliners at the basins for total relaxation when having your hair washed and the products are fabulous too. I cannot recommend them enough. I feel incredible. "I cannot recommend the salon, and particularly David, enough. Since moving to Chester from Manchester 8 years ago I have been searching for a great hairdresser - and now I have found one! The colour was amazing - roots = gone! toning down brassiness of previous colour = sorted. Balayage 1st time = looks great. Cut is REALLY good too. Tidy, precise and hair looks great dried straight or curly."
