"If you enjoy poor customer service, and like to be patronised down the phone, then look no further. Apparently it's acceptable to send out "new parts" that have had previous repairs on them. I have been sent out a door that has clearly been re primed and sent back out. According to the parts department its my problem and there is nothing they can do."

"Avoid like the plague, these guys Do Not want to return your money for faulty parts. We have had a wrongly manufactured part sold to us. We have not been able to return it due to covid 19 lock down (was not allowed in the store) part has never been fitted and is blatantly a manufacturing fault with the plastic moulding on the undershield baffle. This part was not even exchanged. Vw main dealer in romford has confirmed the part is not acceptable and have advised to return to tps....but Alkash (tps manager and Errol (counter staff) have a rude persona and have tried everything not to return or exchange the part. Apparently all parts have a 2 year warranty ....BUT NOT THIS TIME....YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, YOU HAVE LOST OUR TRADE CUSTOM FOREVER OVER £52!!! WE WILL ALSO BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO HEAD OFFICE....THIS IS POOR SERVICE, please avoid at all cost and use Tps in Dartford or enfield...much better service and common courtesy"

"We have lots of parts delivered to our garage and never have problems with returns. But for some reason TPS don't like giving you your money back!. We ordered a hose from them, giving them the registration number of the vehicle. The part was wrong, due to a manufacturing fault. When we returned the hose it came back to us with the reason "the mechanic has tried to fit it". What did you expect!!!!!!! We gave you the reg number, so expect the right part. We are now left with a useless piece of equipment that cost over £100."
