"I brought a bigger intercooler "kit" from these guys and i would avoid them like the plaque. The "kit" itself was far from a kit couplings were missing aswel as o-rings, where the pipes attach to the intercooler were at the wrong angle causing the pipes to pinch. When i eventually got through to the very rude and arrogant man on the phone he said if i wanted the other coupling i would have to pay for it still had to produce my own o-rings and different piping. The lack of customer service is extremely worrying they don't answer their phone and only reply to half you're email I sent them pictures of the piping being wrong and the gentleman couldn't care less i have since had to buy another one that actually fits my car. Even the german specialist i had fitting it was amazed at how bad quality the product was and also how bad the service was. This whole company is a joke and i WOULD AVOID LIKE COVID19"

"Ordered a intercooler for audi A3. Fitted perfectly but the pipes supplied with the kit does not fit cr tdi models , even so Turborevs state they do. Offered few solutions to solve the problem to the stage i had to sent multiple messages to find the solution but never got to the end of it. Now had to spend additional £72+postage from different company to get correct hoses. The kit it self is looking good. But customer service could be a lot better ! Disappointed!"

"Ordered some running boards from Turborevs, as they where the best value out there for the GLC. Arrived damaged perhaps from transport somewhere. But this is where you learn how good a company is. Without hesitation a swap was arranged, and the car now looks the part. Special mention to Javid who sorted it all out. You can buy with confidence!"
