"Can never get through and when I do they act like they can't hear me and cut the call. Can never get through after 5pm even though they close at 5.30pm. Waste of time calling."

"Totally useless. The staff and the incompetent manager just don’t have a clue. Took our car in for a simple break fluid repair and they wanted to charge us even though we were within warranty period. Moreover, they failed to spot the issue during servicing which occurred a few weeks ago.Customer service is extremely poor, don’t bother waste your time or money there! Be warned. This place is not even worth 1 star and should be shut down as they have no customer service skills, nor do they care about their customers."
