"Placed an order online with collection from this branch. I had to travel over 1h to reach the store only to find out they don't actually have the parts... It would have helped if there answer the phone - but they never do. They are definitely understaffed and collecting an order takes ages. Also, the lady at the front desk she's acts as if she's doing you a favour by serving you. No person with this attitude should work at the front desk. No "please", no "thank you", no smile. Someone give her a raise please -maybe she will smile then"
