"In truth no stars sadly! From the Formula One web site I chose the necessary tyres, chose the date, time of fitting and, paid. On the day offered and at the agreed time I was met by an ‘unhelpful/disinterested’ individual who told me that the chosen tyres were not in stock! I was then informed that if I waited two days he would get them in. Nothing in the way of an apology and disinterested in the fact that I’d completely wasted my time. Hopefully this is a one off but sadly, a coach and horses won’t get me back !"

"The worst service one can hope for and to top it off, they have no sense of care for customers. Lying to customers and when called out with sufficient evidence, they refuse to corporate and hang up the phone. Would avoid taking any business there until they are able to teach the staff some basic manners on how to deal with customers."

"Very professional service. Booked MOT and arrived 15 min before scheduled time. Car taken for MOT testing straight away. Came back after 45 mins, and after a short wait of 10 mins, got back keys and MOT certificate."

"Twice within a very short period of time I was in need to sort out my tyres in a matter of urgency and both times I found help in this garage from different mechanics. Both of them trusted me to bring money later as I had no cash and they were already closed to pay by card. Their kind help was very important to me and I am very grateful and do recommend this service."
