"Cosy warm & welcoming place to stay. Very good location for visiting London. 2 minutes from the tube station. The rooms are clean & of a good standard. All the staff are so friendly and will go above & beyond to make your stay the best possible experience. Bar food is good and the choice of breakfasts is wide and accommodating. I can highly recommend & would stay again if visiting London. Car parking is free on site but remember to register your vehicle on arrival. Check in could be improved simply by having a point at the base of the staircase separate from the pub."

"Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, all in all a pleasant experience. It was a bit noisy for a while when the staff were clearing up when the pub closed a lot of banging."

"The windows were very wet with condensation otherwise rooms were ok, quite basic. On site parking was good. Our room was not set up for us which was a pain but soon rectified. Overall not for me again, they also have loud parties going til late sometimes."

"Visited the Railway at Hornchurch with my daughter last week. The Hotel has recently reopened following an external and internal refurbishment which is pleasing on the eye. We both enjoyed our meals from the new extensive menu, followed by drinks. The bar staff and servers were friendly and polite. There is a free car park at the rear of the pub, you just have to enter your registration number onto a machine at the bar. Will definitely be returning."
