"Brought 2 reclining sofas in 2021. I know I’m no light weight (19 stone) but didn’t expect two of the recliners to be bent and twisting within two years. SCS 5 year plan says structure isn’t covered. Wouldn’t buy this poor quality again or from a retailer who has no interest in supporting products or customers. Think two stars is generous but wanted to show that I’m not a professional complainer."

"Went to buy sum lino we got a quote at £630.00 woman come out to check measurements it went up to £744.00 Went back to shop now the sale was on we should have saved £90.00 that should have bought it down to £535.00 from what we wear first told But after the sale it went up to £657.00 When we get fed up with it all we said we would not bother with it only to be told we won't get it any cheaper any wear else And that was the floor manager We are happy to pay moor for people that can add up and not be rude will not be back We went up and down to shop 3 times just a waste of petrol you need to re tetrain your floor manager Mrs mclaughlin"

"Went to buy a new sofa and was helped by a member of staff. We asked for the measurements of a sofa we wanted to buy today and was told she go get the measurements. We waited a long time and so we went to see what was happening to find the member of staff sat with another customer selling them a sofa. We went else where and brought a sofa"

"On arrival myself and my partner were greeted by a sales rep who asked our budget. With being a up to half price sale I didn't think it would be to hard to get a sofa, she then very rudely said there was nothing for us. I then followed up by purchasing a sofa from somewhere else which the customer service was fantastic."
