"Poorly run and very, very expensive to drink (nearly 6 pound for one drink). Landlady is foul-mouthed, couldn't care less about her customers and treats what customers she does get like dirt. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Can be very cliche among the Epping locals who are frankly weird, and rude. All in all making for an unwelcome, over-priced, unpleasant experience. Been like this ever since the current management took over. Save yourself the hassel and don't bother."
