"We went there for a burger dinner and had a mediocre experience. We had a reservation, but there was no staff to greet us and show the table. We had to go walking around the place until we found a staff member running around to ask about our reservation and then he showed us our table. After ordering, we had to wait around 40 minutes before our burgers and fries came, which is the longest I've ever waited for a burger. Once we were finished, it was impossible to get any staff to come to the table to pay as there pretty much was no staff. Once we managed, they tried to overcharge us significantly but then we corrected it. The most ironic part was the menu explaining an additional 3.55% charge to maintain service quality, whereas in reality there is no service quality to maintain. Food quality wise it was alright, but overpriced for what it is. The truffle fries had almost no truffle taste, which was outrageous considering how expensive they are. The burger itself seemed to be cooked from frozen despit the menu bragging extensively about beef quality, and later on gave me intense stomach aches. Overall an unpleasant experience due to staff shortages and unattentive staff, paired with overpriced and poor quality food."

"We went here last Friday and the experience was far from pleasant. The place is very dirty, tables were not cleaned properly and were full of dirty napkins. They were cleaned long after we arrived in the bar. Our water glasses were also disgusting and were not washed properly. Service was also abhorrent. One of the bartenders had the worst attitude I've ever seen in a bar or a restaurant. He was just grabbing and throwing stuff, such as receipts and the credit card machine. He broke a bunch of beer glasses as well. Moreover, he also got our order wrong. At least one of the female waiters was decent. The food was also plain, especially the vegan wings, which were too spicy and had no taste in them. The only positive thing that I can say about this place is that the beer is good. It's typical Brewdog. But still, quite expensive."

"We stopped by to have a few drinks after a Christmas meal elsewhere. It was ok but the guy who served us could have done with customer service training, he was rather on the rude side to be honest. The beers/ales were ok but the cocktail (fruit sling) tasted pretty nasty."

"Really good atmosphere, a bit of a walk to get too but not inconvenient. Friendly staff, was busy when we got there but not over crowded. A lot of tables had reserved signs on them but were never occupied throughout the time we were there. (Should maybe allow a 15min grace period if people are late and then remove the "reserved" signs if they don't turn up. Food was well priced, as for taste, I would give it 3.5 out of 5 for the cluck norrison burger and a 4 out of 5 for the buffalo wings. Also ordered red thai chicken chips and buffalo chips. I felt the burger was a bit dry and bland in the middle where it had no sauce to compliment it - it's a big burger. Would I go back? For drinks and wings yes, probably not to dine."

"I think I’ll update my review when I’ve gone back to taste the food. But so far with drinks and a sundae I have no complaints. The staff were really good and friendly. Drinks were a little pricy but good. No service charge and an opportunity to tip the waiter / waitress was good. Great place in Canary Wharf. Really would love to try the food soon."
