"Was unsure if it could live up to the old constitutional but me & my husband were very delighted to see it has. Great new addition to Catford high street. Compliments to the chef, we came this weekend for a roast. One of the best we’ve tasted in all out 47 years. Staff are very welcoming and polite. The young lady who served our food was very lovely, nothing we asked for was too much trouble for her although she was very busy getting peoples food out to tables alone on a busy Sunday rush so thank you to you. This will now be a new local. Thanks guys."
"Nice to have a new venue in Catford. Nice decor and atmosphere. Good selection of drinks. I have to agree with an earlier comment about acoustics though. I'm tempted to blame it on the lack of soft furnishing and plain concrete ceiling.... Would love to see the front windows a bit more decorated as well, somehow. Will there be an outside space at the back at some point? Will have to go back soon to try the food."
"As recent new residents to Catford, we’re tried several pubs available around, which are actually good. However, the newly opened, or newly reopened Catford Constitutional to old residents, is a fantastic addition to our area. Great main street location, spacious bar design with plenty of beers on tap, and now even a newly opened kitchen. We just had a proper tasty Sunday roast followed by a delicious sticky toffee pudd. Also, must mention the attentive front of house staff, top notch!! Very happy with our new local!"
