"Delightful waitress who coped With 4 geriatrics exceedingly well and was able to join in the repartee. She was also very efficient. Efficient service from trained people. Lovely ambience- loved the pictures- food very well presented with a range of choices previously and very well cooked . We appreciated that we were given time to select as well as chat when the meal was completed. Nobody hassled us.The prices were comparable to elsewhere but everything was of a higher standard. Thank you. We all enjoyed ourselves enormously"

"Very nice pub in Brasted which is a great area. We were recommended this pub as it was close to Westerham Golf Club. A group of 12 of us were eating and in over 4 hours only offered 3 drinks. The food itself I have to say was lovely, so hats off to the chef. The final straw for us was it was a Friday evening and I asked to buy a round of drinks for the table at 2230, only to be declined due to the final table settling their bill and they wanted to close. Not sure the owners would be best pleased. I’d avoid and go elsewhere."
