"Ordered a vegan carrot cake, was given a non-vegan orange flavoured sponge cake. Member of staff told me the drink that I asked for doesn't exist, despite me having it in Starbucks stores all over Europe over the last 2 years. Drink was horrible, got the first refund I've ever had from a Starbucks. I'd normally just accept it, but this wasn't consumable. Don't have staff working who aren't trained and competent/confident. Makes the experience bad for both customers and staff."
