"This Costa was chaotic when I went in, I feel sorry for the staff who all seem rushed off their feet, and while I was there a man brazenly shoplifted loads of food and kept piling products into his bag even when a member of staff asked him what he was doing. Agree with others, the person on the tills keeps taking orders but the barista staff can't keep up with them and creates a massive backlog."

"Even with Covd-19 procedure in place it's still good to chill here for a coffee break! You have to take away, but some of the same friendly staff are still there, you just have go out into the Street again. No inside seating. All re-opened normally again. So I pop in often. I'm not sure what I will do when the new price rises come in."
