"One of your drivers in vehicle MW17XGY almost wiped me out when he pulled out from McDonalds on Stone Cross without looking. I had to break harsh and ended up sliding on ice. He was totally oblivious, then was all over the road on the east lancs. Do you condone this kind of driving? Absolutely disgusting"

"Pre booked the taxi early in the day, knowing there would be a possibility it would be late. When it was 35 minutes late phoned the office only to be told that they couldn’t even give me a time when a driver could be assigned. I gave it another 10 minutes still no driver was assigned to me. I cancelled and got a Uber, with me within 10 minutes. Won’t use them again they have themselves to blame for loosing my custom. This the the norm for 1010 always late. Some of there cars are an absolute disgrace. 1010 should up there standards. Extremely dissatisfied former customer."

"these guys are constantly late. Not by 5 minutes but 15 minutes and more. Don't promise a service you cannot deliver. Also, too often I have called to see where my taxi is, and I am told its just on its way. check on the map, no where near. Come on guys, stop treating customers poorly"

"Ordered a taxi for the airport online, to Liverpool from salford, rang the lady a few days in to check and it was all good. Driver was outside at the exact time, not too late or early to cause stress either way, price was brilliant and service is second to none. Thankyou, it was a great start to a fantastic holiday and it means a lot"
