"Shocking service. First taxi was dirty and grotty but did the job. Rang taxi to return lady said 10 mins-not ideal but ok. 15 mins later stood in freezing temps rang again she said it will be another 5 minutes and couldn’t guarantee this. I rang another company and came in two mins. I eventually had a call from pal 25 minutes later asking where I was. Incompetent and sadly not reliable like many other companies won’t use again!"
